The Firefly Leader attacks by firing two straight-shooting projectiles that damage for four each. It will prioritise targeting two units if possible.
Strategy[ | ]
The high damage and two-way attack makes it unfeasable to simply block the leader with a mech, meaning that it must be pushed; preferably to attack other enemies, as 4 damage is quite beneficial at taking down Alpha enemies. If your squad cannot pull it away from the map border or a wall of mountains, pummel it as hard as possible before it can attack.
Trivia[ | ]
- The Burning Thorax attack points at one direction to fire and creates the backward projectile as a side-effect. This means that its attack can be cancelled by pushing it to the map border if its true orientation faces it.[1]
